We tried a variety of wholesome dishes like Lobster Ragout Tenderloin, Beer-infused BBQ pork ribs, Beef Burger Sliders, Sirloin & Grilled Cheesy Prawn. The Lobster Ragout Tenderloin was done to a perfection. The grass-fed tenderloin was seared to medium rare paired together with sauteed mushrooms and mash potato. The salad was fresh and crisp. The meat was flavourful and you know it's good beef when you can do away with the sauce. Surprise kicks in as we tried out the lobster ragout which totally adds a different texture and complements well with the steak. Beer-infused BBQ Pork Ribs was the next dish we tried. It was well marinated and coated with robust BBQ sauce. The ribs totally melts in our mouth. It was soft and our mouth was filled with the BBQ flavour. We had also managed to try the Sirloin & Grilled cheesy Prawn paired with capsicum butter rice. There was mustard sauce which goes well with the sirloin and thick cut fries. To compare, we would prefer the Lobster Ragout Tenderloin which we totally finish in a blink of eye. Personally, the capsicum butter rice did not resonate well with us. It was a tad bland and capsicum was too overpowering. Heard of Udders ice-cream? Well, Jumping Jack serves them here! We had Pop-a-Macarons which you can choose flavours from Cookies & Cream, Chocolatey Kit Kat, Earl Grey, Salted Speculoos, Strawberry Fields, Vanilla Beanz. It was a refreshing dessert to end the entire makan session. It was decorated with fresh popcorn with a strawberry marcaron which sits on top of it. Totally instragram worthy!
