Take this one step further by building you own strap with Watch Wonderland’s Leather Academy. In Level 1, you will learn the basics of leather crafting, from in-depth knowledge of the leather types to actually crafting your very own leather NATO strap for a watch in your collection. After attending this course, you will be able to distinguish between the various qualities of leather straps in the market, as well as possess an appreciation for leather in the finest ways possible. Fitting in of straps The Instructor Before working with leather, Jeremiah started his career as a photographer’s assistant before becoming a full fledged fashion and advertising photographer. What started as a hobby at home almost 10years ago led Jeremiah to start The J.Myers Company in 2010. The J.Myers Company was founded with the mission of bringing the craftsman and consumer closer together. Projects that the company has embarked on varies from binocular cases for the Sultan of Brunei to a leather display trunk for Glenfiddich. J.Myers has since worked with clients such as Bentley, Aston Martin and various financial institutions. A pioneering leather studio, The J.Myers Company employs modern day technologies such as 3D printing and laser cutting to traditional craft. Apart from corporate clients, a keen love for watches moves him to craft straps for customers old and new as well as share the joy and knowledge of doing so.
