The WIDEWHEEL will be available for test drive at the upcoming The Singapore Bike Show 2018! Find us at our BOOTH (A17) during the show! See you there! - [WIDEWHEEL] It’s all about that base – This new WIDEWHEEL electric scooter is here to prove that a thicker bottom is indeed, better. Meet WIDEWHEEL, a gorgeous looking ride with the widest tyres (10cm wide) ever seen on an 8” wheeled electric scooter. What’s more, it has the power to back it up. Two speed modes, eco and pow...er mode, running on a 48-volt 500-watt brushless motor offer the option to conserve battery consumption, or a boost in torque to climb slopes of up to 20°. Hold down the brake and the throttle at the same time, and you are on auto-cruise mode. Evident from its name, the 100mm wide wheels offers enhanced stability. Paired with the elegantly encased front and rear spring suspension system, it is the “widest” comfort ride. The WIDEWHEEL is suitable for the e-scooter enthusiasts, the casual riders, and even for someone who’s just beginning to learn how to ride an electric scooter. Its extensive wheels make it easier to keep your balance and make for smooth turns. When stationary, the wide wheels allow the scooter to balance upright without the need for a kickstand, which is a nice little perk. There are three options when considering battery size with the highest capacity at 14AH, offering an average distance of 40 to 45KM per full charge, weighing the electric scooter in at about 19KG; which still falls nicely under the LTA regulated maximum weight of 20KG. If the rider favours pimping up their ride with tons of cool accessories, they can always opt for the smaller battery instead. Anyone looking for a reliable electric scooter would be hard-pressed to ignore the WIDEWHEEL, with its excellent design and power that adhere to the new rules set in place, this is definitely one electric scooter to look out for when buying a PMD that can cover that last mile.
