Celebrating #WorldPulsesDay with us on 10 February! ​ Not only are these superfoods packed with nutrition, they also contribute significantly to global food security and the environment.​ Our culinary initiative, “Rooted in Nature”, empowers our hotels to choose locally and ethically sourced ingredients to provide healthy, safe and sustainable food for our guests. Ingredients like pulses are used by our skilled chefs in some of our favourite dishes, including the Mung Bean and Dhal Nian Gao by our very own Executive Chinese Chef Daniel Cheung as part of this year's festive offerings.​ This is a step towards our broader ESG goal to weave sustainability into our business and daily operations.
