"The collagen fortified Tonkutsu soup is milky & flavorful, with minor traces of sweetness from corn. The scalded shabu pork slices weren’t bland & tasteless, I deduce they’ve have undergone the Tonkutsu bath prior to serving. The gyoza is a mixture of cabbage, ginger, garlic and 3 kinds of pork wrapped in Osaka Ohsho’s special wonton wrapper.
