At our hotel, 80% of our organic and seasonal vegetables are sourced from our partner's (@weeds_more) cooperative farm in the neighbouring country - Malaysia's Cameron Highlands. Through this initiative, carbon footprint has been reduced by more than 100 times as compared to using air-flown greens!
