"The pain you feel today will be the strength you feel tomorrow..." We are pleased to launch the HIT (Help Identify Trouble) Program, a non-profit initiative organized by Red Dynasty Paintball Park to provide an experiential learning platform for troubled youths to sharpen lifelong skills through sports. HIT Program aims to reach out to 120 youths between the age of 14 – 19 years old by 2022 by leveraging paintball as a learning tool to introduce experiential learning, encompassing the 7 essential principles of team building: Trust, Leadership, Self Confidence, Teamwork, Communication, Problem Solving, Decision Making. Participants will undergo pre-game and post-game facilitation through this learning experience. From July 2021, Red Dynasty Paintball Park will offer 10 monthly free slots to youths to participate in our Sunday Skirmish paintball game. Each participant will be equipped with required equipment and such as safety mask, chest protection, paintball markers (guns) and 500 paintballs. Participants will experience a minimum of 3 paintball games with pre and post-game review lasting 3 hours. They will also be taught the basic of paintball marker handling such as posturing and game safety. To participate, youths will have to pre-register with Red Dynasty Paintball Park or be nominated by a member of the local paintball community or any non-profit organization. We do encourage our local paintball community to help identify possible teenagers around you who might be at risk or troubled and hope that through our Sunday paintball games, we will be able to provide a level of support for their emotional growth and physical well-being. We are also looking for volunteers within the paintball community to assist us in the conduct of the HIT Program. Non-profit organizations working with youths at risk can also contact us at info@weplaypaintball.com for more information.
