The three-tier stands characteristic of the afternoon tea traditionally displayed its array of delights from savoury upwards to sweet. You'll find a similar presentation in our Singapore High Tea sets, which are unique to the locations at which they are served. At the National Kitchen by Violet Oon Singapore, savour rich signatures like Dry Laksa and Chilli Crab Tartlet with Quail Egg on the lowest tier, followed by lighter bites like Coronation Chicken on Crispy Wanton Skin and Cream Cheese and Cucumber Openface Sandwich on the middle tier, before finishing off with decadent treats like Sugee Financier and Mini Gula Melaka Cupcakes on the highest tier.
