Our first batch of graduating culinary interns are taking over one77degrees tomorrow till Sunday! As part of their internship, they had opportunities training under our MICE F&B team in the central kitchen and also exposure to a live restaurant setting in one77°. Tomorrow till Sunday (14-16 Feb), our interns will be doing an #internstakeover during lunch to dish out a special lunch menu they’d created. 🤤 Inspired by popular Asian flavours and making use of herbs grown in EXP O’s spice garden, Amalina & Wei Yi will be serving up their take on dishes like Ikan Bakar, Gado Gado and Chendol!
