It’s not something we often notice, but there’s a logical reason why we place our stamps on the right-hand corner of the envelope! As countries became increasingly connected, the need for a uniform stamp placement became crucial to ensuring delivery efficiency. In fact, our high-speed machines were designed to specifically read for stamps in the upper right-hand corner.
