As mentioned, above are individual units. You are getting the whole shop all to yourself. Note that the units do not have a door/shutter. Vendors undertake to remove hoarding and have them installed back when return unit back to the mall. Vendors may condone off the shop with a chain at the end of every night. Other Charges On top of the rental, all vendors must also pay a 2 months refundable deposit and One-Time only handover fee of $50, Subsequent payment will be on rental + 8% GTO only. Utility We charge a fix rate of $50 for utility bill every month regardless of your usage. As this is a temporary lease, vendors cannot do renovation to the shop. No drilling and no nailing. However, we will provide you with standard lightings + powerpoint. Note: The floorings may not be flat and might need vendor to lay some carpet (standard events carpet or tile carpets will be fine). You may bring your own shelves, tables, racks etc to display your products in your shop. We leave it to your creativity :) All vendors who sign up must do your own marketing to bring the crowd and your customers base in. And as mentioned, the shop can be use as your storage of goods, retail selling and office. But please keep the shop open every single day, 11am - 9pm compulsory. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to own a shop and see if it works for you. You may want to consider extending the lease after a few months here. If not, it's perfectly ok to call it a day after 6 months. We expect all vendors who sign up with us to stay for us for all 6 months at least (1st December 2020 - 31st May 2021). Note also that should there be a permanent prospect who's keen to take over your unit, we will serve you notice to vacate within 1 month notice. The probability of this happening is not high. But vendors have to take note of this terms in your lease. Temporary Shop Lease is high in demand among vendors and we are looking forward to very good response the moment this email is sent out. And because of this, we will only be renting the shop to vendors who can commit to open shop daily and have a very good shop setup. There is no product restrictions. Vendors may share with their friends if you find the unit too big. All vendors Must keep the shop neat, tidy and classy. We are very particular about the neatness of the shop. All loose items and extra items can be placed at the back of the shop for storage covered by a dropping cloth from the ceiling. You probably won't be finding a deal as good as this!
