AIS Talks Is a brand new series which will give the AIS community the opportunity to meet some experts from a diverse range of areas who will delight, entertain and inform. These sessions will be held live online so you can ask questions (and will be available on demand so you can watch in your time - perfect for those staying at home). Our first presenter next THURSDAY 28 MAY at 6.00 is: ALICE CLARK-PLATTS Author, Human Rights Lawyer Alice has worked on cases with Winnie Mandela and Snoop Dog. She founded the Singapore Writers group and was short-listed for the Impress Prize 2013 for her first novel Warchild. Alice will be talking about COVID-19 and it’s ongoing impact as we move into a new normal. Is this a period of mourning our lost freedoms and opportunities? Or is it a chance to re-think our goals and re-frame our objectives? Can being creative (especially in the context of writing) help us navigate through the coming months? Delivered via Zoom - if you are a Parent please head to AIS Connect #WeAreAIS #CognitaWay
