Congratulations! 🎉 This concept focuses on ramens tt are filled to the brim with meat. The top 2 huge pieces are fattier & super tender while the rest (swipe left) are leaner 🐽 The tonkotsu broth is super thick & creamy while the miso broth is lighter. Both tasted good, but the highlight for me is the chilli which added another lvl of flavour to the broth 🌶 Other than ramen, they also serve dishes such as: - Salmon Rare Katsu - sashimi grade salmon deep fried beautifully with a super crunchy exterior, but still rare in the centre. For $7.90, this is freaking worth it 🐟 - Keisuke Egg Rice - rice topped with fluffy scrambled eggs & chashu. The egg tasted as good as it looks.
