Youโ€™ll learn the techniques to improve shoulder mobility and flexibility and learn how to use the shoulders and upper back safely and for intense bending. Youโ€™ll be learning the techniques to gain mobility and flexibility in the hips targeting hips flexors and lower back muscles. These techniques will help you to progress in your backend postures.
