JOB DESCRIPTION This position reports to the Managing Director and interfaces with personnel in Marketing Team, Retail Team, external e-commerce platform vendors and wholesale distribution partners. Overall Sales & Marketing of the brand via E-commerce Platforms 2. Overall Sales & Marketing of the brand via wholesale-distribution channels 3. New Market Entry Research & Start-up 4. Wholesale & E-Commerce Account servicing 5. Advertising & Promotion Campaigns 6. Soliciting new sales and business opportunities LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES 1. Active participation in strategic planning, developing sales and distribution goals and targets 2. Gain hands-on experience with managing and working with E-Commerce Platforms Lazada, Shopee , Shopify 3. Active involvement in B2B , B2C sales campaigns and negotiations 4. Gain hands-on experience with stockist visual merchandising and online store decoration 5. Gain experience with adobe creative suite for photo editing and digital asset creation 6. Strategising and Designing Online & Off-Line Marketing & Sales Campaigns 7. Analysing brand performance metrics and ROI using software tools and apps 8. Optimising SEO performance via regular audit of Website, E-Commerce Platforms and online media channels 9. Identifying customer segments and tracking sales data trends to identify business growth opportunities Through this traineeship, you will be given opportunity to put sales ideas and marketing concepts into practice and witness the outcome of your direct efforts. Your traineeship will offer hands-on involvement in e-commerce and wholesale distribution management. Hone and gain skills through the active use of software / platforms such as Shopify, Facebook, Lazada & Shopee Seller Centres, Retail POS-CRM-Automated Marketing as well as SEO and Business Analytics Apps. You will gain a comprehensive appreciation of how perfectly executed sales and marketing plans will serve as engines of growth for the brand. The ideal candidate shall be well-versed with sales and e-commerce marketing strategy, SEO analytics and business insights will be an added advantage. Entrepreneurial and passionate about building brands and motivated by numbers and profitability, our trainee enjoys a good sales challenge. COMPETENCIES • Competency in Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite, photo and video editing skills are a must • Enthusiastic work-attitude coupled with the ability to Multi-Task and manage deadlines • Team Player with excellent selling and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with Shopee – Lazada Seller’s Centre, Facebook Business & Ad Manager, Google Ad & Analytics, SEO Apps will be a major advantage DURATION OF TRAINEESHIP 6 MONTHS TRAINEE ALLOWANCE FRESH GRADUATES $2500 PER MONTH NON-MATURE MID_CAREER INDIVIDUALS $2900 PER MONTH (below 40yrs of age) MATURE MID-CAREER INDIVIDUALS $3800 PER MONTH (above 40yrs of age) EDUCATION QUALIFICATION This position is open for both recent graduates (year of Graduation 2020 – 2021) and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature) Graduates interested in this position should possess a university degree in Business Administration (Majoring in Digital Marketing / Business Analytics / Digital Media Management / Mass Communication) Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
