Have you pumped at SPC Telok Blangah recently? You may have noticed our friends 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ from MINDS working at the manual car wash outlet. We’re always heartened when we see them serve SPC customers wholeheartedly, so we wanted to bring them a special experience! Last month, we held a CSR event themed “Soaring Towards Our Dreams” with the MINDS adult clients. This theme signifies how PetroChina’s products fuel vehicles such as ships 🚢, airplanes 🛬 and cars 🚗 that take us on a journey towards our dreams. The volunteer event consisted of three parts, a meaningful craft activity, followed by a scrumptious buffet lunch, and lastly a tour of an SPC station at Sumang Link. Cindy, our station manager, demonstrated refuelling petrol on a real car, and participants chose their favourite drinks and hot puffs for a teatime treat to end off the event. The happy faces of our MINDS participants left a lasting impression on us; we’re looking forward to more CSR events like this. Got a suggestion which other organizations we should partner with?
