Join us on 30th July, 8.30pm for a self-care with Wellness Coach & Sport Singapore ambassador Dawn Sim @thatmomoffour as she takes us through a simple guided yoga and soundbath session to destress, and get us ready for a good night’s sleep. She’ll be featuring how she incorporates Tisserand essential oils, Vitalzyme and Dermalogica’s Sound Sleep Cocoon into a night routine.
