Ingredient available on WholeFish: Tiger Prawns, Squid,🐟 🛒 Shop now via the link in bio or www.wholefish.sg Ingredients: 1. 200g yellow noodles 2. 200g bee hoon, soaked & drained 3. 500g prawn broth 4. 12 pcs prawns, deveined & shelled 5. 100g pork belly 6. 200g squid 7. 3 eggs 8. 80g bean sprouts 9. 30g chives 10. 1 Tbsp minced garlic 11. Fish sauce & pepper 12. Lime & sambal chili Method: 1. Peel the prawn head. Add a Tbsp oil & fry the prawn head until fragrant. Add into prawn broth & boil. Add in pork belly & boil till cook. Remove & cut into thin strips. Blanch prawns & squid in the prawn broth. Set aside 2. Heat up pot with 1 Tbp oil & add beaten egg. Scramble the egg with a spatula & push to one side of the pot. Add 1 Tbsp oil & stir fry garlic till fragrant. Add noodles & bee hoon. Stir fry on high heat for 2mins. Add prawn broth & cover lid to braise for 5mins 3. Open lid. Stir noodles. Add in bean sprouts, chives, fish sauce, pepper & more broth. Fry till combine. Lastly add in prawn & squid & fry together. Serve with sambal chili & lime Recipe and picture by @meowcathy16
