This workshop covers 2 types of shortcrust pastries - savoury versus sweet pastries. You will get to create your own savoury mushroom pies & sweet fruit tarts from scratch, using healthier choice ingredients. The workshop includes a demonstration by the Chef, theory on the science behind shortcrust pastries, followed by a full hands-on baking experience. You will get to bring home your own creations!
