It has been a year since we visited Tuerong Farm, seeing and understanding where the flour that we make our bread comes from just like bean is to coffee so flour is to bread, that's why we are excited with our new batch of single origin flour - a celebration of baking bread with provenance grains. The varieties we have this season are: Available [ now till early December ] Serene & Delivery : Wed – Sun [ for delivery, please order via link in bio ] Red House | Tiong Bahru : Sat & Sun ROUGE DE BORDEAUX This is a heritage landrace grain that dates back to early 1800s in the Bordeaux region of France, but still used and favored by artisan bakers in France today for its texture and ease of digestion. At 15% protein, this flour makes an excellent bread with a nice brown color and soft crumb. At 100% wholegrain=, you can taste the mild sweet flavor and baking spice aroma.
