Throwback on last weekend’s class where we learn all the know-how’s of making the humble Yew Char Kueh. The ingredients are seem basic but to achieve the ultra crispy exterior with a light and chewy inside requires some finer techniques. Looking forward to this Sat’s (28 Nov) repeat class.
