In our Know Your Asana Program (KYAP), we bring the focus back to your body - notice all the things happening in your body, the way your muscles fire up, and the way your body works to keep you in alignment. Feel the difference in your practice. Join us for a weekend (9 & 10 April) to break down the classic poses we do in almost every yoga class. You’ll start your day with some breathing exercises to ground you down, followed by an asana practice. Then learn alignment and how to execute 30 over poses safely and purposefully.
