Recipe by @balconybartender 30 mls Creme Brulee Tea infused vodka 30 mls of butterscotch schnapps 30 mls of full cream milk (or plant based alternative) Bar spoon of dollop cream 1/4 tsp vanilla essence Method 1. To make the infusion, add 2 tablespoons of tea to 250ml of vodka. To make a larger batch just double the specs! 2. In a cocktail shaker, combine your ingredients and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a caramelised sugar crust.
