If Banana Fritter Baked Oats and some peace & quiet is what you need this Mother's Day- then we can certainly help you with the former! It's time to pass this delicious recipe with a wooden spoon on to your sous chef and not-so-subtly hint that brekky in bed is on them. 🍌 Ingredients: 2 tsp T2 Banana Fritter Loose Leaf 2 bananas 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tbsp coconut sugar 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tbsp almond butter 1 cup oats 1 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup milk of choice 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 punnet strawberries Instructions: 1. Brew 2 cups of T2 Banana Fritter Loose Leaf. 2. In a bowl, mash bananas until you reach a smooth consistency. 3. Add vanilla essence, coconut sugar and chia seeds. 4. Add oats, baking powder and combine. Then add almond butter. 5. Pour in brewed tea and top with milk. 6. Chop strawberries into small pieces and add in. Then fold everything together. 7. Grease a baking dish with coconut oil before pouring in batter. Garnish with extra strawberries. 8. Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy! Banana Fritter:
