In its 1Q results, Frasers Centrepoint Trust reported a distribution per unit of S$0.03, up 3.8% year-on-year. Gross revenue rose 8.7% year-on-year to $47.9 million, after the completion of enhancement works to Northpoint City North Wing, and driven by higher tenant occupancy at Causeway Point and Changi City Point. The REIT’s financial position remains strong, while its portfolio occupancy rate has climbed to 92.6%. Read more here:
