We are pleased to announce that the WestStar Group has completed its acquisition of Naiise Pte Ltd’s (the “Company’s”) online marketplace (“Online Marketplace”) as well as its accompanying trademarks and social media accounts. The Naiise platform is an omnichannel marketplace which occupies a unique space in the Singapore retail landscape. This platform allows bespoke local designers, creatives and artisans to gather under a single umbrella to reach out to customers directly. Under new ownership, the priority will be to build and improve on the Naiise platform to ensure its long-term sustainability and scalability for a wider creative ecosystem. Naiise will also continue to pursue its commitment in championing local designs, creatives and artisans. The new and improved online marketplace platform allows sellers to be paid instantly upon every successful order fulfilment. An incubator model for upcoming and incoming designers and “buy now pay later” concepts are also in the works. Consumers can expect familiar homegrown and local brands across a varied category listing. Besides home, fashion, beauty and lifestyle, Naiise will also feature more hyper-local, eco-friendly and independent international brands in the coming months. Over 500 merchants will be featured gradually on the platform, as well as debut from new brands. The website will go live from 9pm, 16th September.
