The quickest way for you to request a credit voucher for your booking is via our Manage Booking site: https://booking.jetstar.com/mmb/#/login Once there, follow these steps: 1) Enter your booking number and last name 2) Click on the 'Find out more' button 3) Select 'Check flight options' button 4) Click 'View other options' button 5) Select 'Request reimbursement' Vouchers will be sent to the email on the booking within seven days.
