[CLASS] Hainanese Delights 29 Oct (Sat) 12pm We are all familiar with Hainanese chicken rice but have you tried the traditional Hainanese mutton soup? This style of mutton soup has a distinctive flavour and aroma of red fermented bean curd (Nam Yu).The mutton ribs are slowly braised in a herbal broth and complemented with fried bean curd skin and black fungus.
