Sometimes it’s not our muscles that limit our flexibility - it’s our fascia - the connective tissue that surrounds our joints, bones, organs and muscles. Fascia is not elastic like muscles; it is stiffer, and can become too stiff due to over-use or under-use, and its layers can get stuck together, which limits our range of motion. Join David to learn therapeutic myofascial release techniques using massage balls - techniques which you can then use on yourself, in your own time. His two workshops will work on the lower body (18th August) and upper body (25th August).
