For three Sundays in January, we meet for group-based psychotherapy aimed at addressing and promoting healing from sexual trauma. This program has been designed based on principles of Group Schema Therapy, Psychodrama and Polyvagal Theory. Sunday 7, 14 & 21 January 2024 @10am - 4.30pm
