This was the best chicken rice I have ever had! I’m usually not a fan of chicken rice, but this one made by chef @shih.erh had the tastiest fluffy rice and the smoothest and most tender poached chicken. Together with the homemade chilli and ginger sauce, The first few mouthfuls had me craving for more and I couldn’t stop thinking about it for the whole night! The Hainanese mutton soup is another winner- not too herby so that the mutton could shine. The most unexpected dish must be the coconut chicken stew/soup. It was like a refreshing coconut drink with savoury notes, such a delight! Thanks @shih.erh once again for always giving us the best recipes using the best ingredients.
