How to deal with different battery types? Over time as new lights come out, they come with newer and more modern batteries. Most notably the 18650 to 21700 battery transition. If you have a mix of both lights with built in chargers, youβd realize that a light using 21700 battery might be able to use a 18650 battery BUT cannot recharge it.
