In what turned out to be an incredibly clutch trip to Thailand in early 2020, which saw our entire roasting team narrowly avoid a quarantine order 😅, has culminated in us receiving our first delivery of direct-trade, regionally sourced, specialty green beans. This all started in fact with some conversations we had back at Cafe Culture in 2019, with the awesome team behind at @rootsbkk who shared their passion for locally grown, Thai coffee, and connected us with @beanspirecoffee as well as joining us on a tour in Chiang Rai.
