It is a famous restaurant that has customers not only from Hokkaido but also from all over the country, from important business entertainment for large corporations to celebrations for special occasions and has even been visited by the Prime Minister of Japan and the Japanese Imperial Family. Customers from all over Japan come to Nagai for the specialties of the owner, Shinichiro Nagai, who has 54 years of professional culinary experience, and the head chef, Ryo Nagai, who has 24 years of professional culinary experience.
