Château de Sable is looking for a Marketing and communications Manager! Château de sable, a fast-growing children’s clothing brand rooted in French fashion tradition. We offer collections of clothes and accessories with unique designs sold through 7 shops in Singapore, franchisees in Cambodia and UAE as well as internationally through our website. We are looking to recruit our marketing and communications manager for a part-time position (4 days a week) to cover the following responsibilities: E-commerce - Improve of the website (aesthetics, design, functions and back office) together with the Website free lancer - Manage website content including product launching timings in coordination with shops launch timings - Create product pages for the website (pictures, description, combination, price and quantity, SEO tags) - Ensure qualities of product (together with the marketing intern/executive) - Supervise customer care including payment refund request and update customer data - Verify the visuals/pricing/typos weekly - Work closely with the person in charge of order fulfilment to understand and manage stock and customer care issues - Create/update pricing and promotion in the eCommerce platform - Manage Facebook catalog and other platforms Marketing Suggest Marketing campaigns and activities for implementation. Review weekly marketing activities and launch and implement all necessary actions online and offline with the assistance of the marketing intern. Suggest marketing/ad campaigns and media. Online - Work closely with the Digital Marketing Intern to plan and create content on Facebook and Instagram. - Post verification and supervision on all social media (Facebook, Instagram and blog) - Preparation visuals for website (Banners…) - Create and manage Newsletters (including validation with management) and update Newsletter distribution lists - Create and implement influencer strategy – identify, select and contract relevant bloggers and Instamums and follow up - Manage agency contracts SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns Offline - Preparation and production of various promo boards, EDM for shops - Coordinate marketing activities with Mall management including assessment of relevance Retail Marketing - Work with the Design team to create and implement our window display every 6 weeks including window poster and props supply and dispatch to shops - Assist in preparation of various activities related to retail such as Year End Sales, Stock take… - Manage availability of marketing collaterals such as Gift boxes, sales tags, thank you cards, business cards… Photoshoot - Support preparation and management of various Lifestyle photoshoot during the year (including Model searching, props preparation, location scouting…) ABOUT YOU: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented and highly organised - Passionate about fashion/design, creative, self-motivated and fast learner - Well versed with online social media platform - A natural go-getter with great problem-solving abilities, autonomous and multi-tasks - Comfortable with a photo camera - Pack Office, Photoshop and Illustrator are essential - Languages: English required, French and/or Mandarin would be a plus - This is a part-time role (4 days a week) based in our Singapore office. - We welcome Singaporeans, PR or Non-Singaporeans under DP
