At London Weight Management, customer satisfaction and quality service standards are our top priority. Developed in 2017, the WeCare 💗system was implemented to ensure customer satisfaction. After each treatment session, customers can rate their experience via an SMS link. Ratings and feedback are monitored for any low scores or customer concerns. These are immediately followed-up with, by the sales management team, to resolve any issues and implement changes to improve customer experience.
