Hot cross buns are traditionally eaten warm on Good Friday ⛪ Made with a mix of spices and fruits, our soft sourdough bread buns are decorated with a cross made of flour paste. They’re best enjoyed warm (but not toasted), cut in half, garnished with slices of cold butter sprinkled with sea salt... in a similar way kaya toast is eaten! Baked fresh daily in the Da Paolo bakery until the end of April.
