The Carnaroli grain is particularly elongated, pearly in color and with a slightly sweet flavor. The bud, or the brown end of the grain, is always present in our rice. Other varieties belonging to the same product class can also be marketed under the name Carnaroli (for example Carnise, Keope varieties). With Rice Magno 100% Carnaroli, on the other hand, quality is safe and even if you have always eaten Carnaroli you will notice the difference in taste and cooking.
