Try out this awesome brown rice salad that’s packed with nutrients and flavour! __ INGREDIENTS: 3 cups brown rice cooked 6 spring onions sliced 4-5 halved cherry tomatoes (or 2 regular tomatoes cut into half wedges)) 2 tbs sunflower seeds 2 tbs pumpkin seeds 1/4 cup sunflower oil 4 tbs soy sauce 2 tbs lemon juice fresh 1 garlic clove crushed PREPARATION: 1. Place the rice, sliced spring onions, tomatoes, and seeds In a large salad bowl, then toss to mix. 2. In a screw-top jar, add the sunflower oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. 3.
