Indulge in a selection of the finest cheeses from Les Frères Marchand, one of the oldest cheese producers in Eastern France, when you dine at Colony. Savour a seafood dinner on Friday, September 22, hosted by owner Patrice Marchand, who will introduce the cheeses specially flown in for this dinner. They include the creamy truffled Brie de Meaux, seasonal Mont d'Orand Coupé and fruity Camembert de Normandie AOP, complemented with a wine pairing menu.
