we are looking for individual who will manage day-to-day operations of the outlet which includes full service. The Manager should be passionate with people and customer service, be self-motivating, organized, action oriented, and self-initiating, with the ability to take criticism and manage change, and possess good and effective communication skills and good time management skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Daily operations including opening and closing procedures, customer order taking, planning of staff stations, inventory management, ordering of supplies and stocking procedures. • Drive outlet sales to meet revenue and profitability targets as defied by the management. • Processing customer orders, from order taking to billing, including items such as voids and refunds. • Manage customer service issues and service recovery, comments and feedback in a timely and appropriate manner. • Managing customer disputes and where necessary, take action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of other patrons and staff. • Manage and lead the outlet team in all aspects of the daily operations. • Create work schedules for the outlet, for full-time and part-time staff. • Training of new staff, both full-time and part time. • Defining and enforcing effective SOPs, quality and safety controls and standards. • Perform administrative duties such as preparing reporting, cash count, stock management, inventory checking. • Planning and participating in promotional events and activities. • Maintaining a fun atmosphere for staff and patrons, • Ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene standards. +commission and bonus applies with T&C
