When a croissant meets a muffin… Just when we thought croissants couldn't be any different, along comes the creation of cruffins that rocks the pastry world. So named because a cruffin is a hybrid of a croissant and a muffin – think the crispness of a buttery croissant and the soft, fluffy texture of a muffin. Our new Kaya Pandan Cruffin is a creation inspired by the familiar flavours of a humble local breakfast staple, traditional kaya toast - a decadent treat piped with luscious kaya and gula melaka filling, topped with pandan meringue. Like a charcoal-grilled kaya toast, it’s deliciously sweet, buttery and satisfyingly crisp when it’s warmed up. All that’s missing is just a hot cup of “kopi”! Available at all stores.
