Super easy and yummy that it will leave you wanting MORE! All you need is just popiah skin and sugar, that simple! Steps to make your layang-layang: 1. Roll the popiah skin using a bamboo skewer 2. Use water to seal the edge of each roll 3. Cut each roll diagonally 4. Deep fry the popiah skin till golden over medium high heat 5. Leave to cool for 15 minutes 6.
