No stranger to the industry, and with more than 35 years of culinary experience, Chef Heman is well known for his creativity in dishes and menus that meld diverse cultures together. He was recently named by WGA World Gourmet Award 2022 the Western Cuisine Chef of the Year. Chef Heman is well-known as a man of many talents, as he is also a competitive triathlete and a celebrated ceramist!
