Sing along to the tune of nostalgia while reminiscing about good times with this traditional Soya Milk Black Sesame Pudding dessert that’s easy on the eyes and your stomach. Lactose-free and high in protein, this recipe guarantees a healthier and tasty dessert. Ingredients (Serves 4 pax) For this you will need: 2 Cups of MARIGOLD PowerBeans Fresh Soya Milk Unsweetened ⅓ Cup of Caster Sugar 12g of Agar Agar Powder 2 Tablespoon of Black Sesame Paste 2 Tablespoon of Whipped Cream Directions: To make the black sesame pudding, combine 3/4 cup of MARIGOLD PowerBeans Fresh Soya Milk Unsweetened, whipped cream and 2 ½ tablespoon of caster sugar in a pot. Lightly boil the liquid mixture and stir the sugar till it dissolves at low heat. Combine 6g of agar agar powder into the liquid mixture and stir well. Turn off the heat and pour in the black sesame paste into the mixture. Tilt 6 small glasses at an angle on an egg tray or muffin tray. Stir the black sesame mixture again before pouring into glasses. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set it. To make the soya milk pudding, combine the rest of MARIGOLD PowerBeans Fresh Soya Milk Unsweetened and caster sugar in a pot. Lightly boil the soya milk and stir the sugar till dissolved at low heat. Add in the remaining agar agar powder into the soya milk mixture and stir well. Turn off the heat and cool the soya milk mixture to room temperature. Remove the glasses with the set black sesame pudding from muffin pan and stand them up right. Gently pour soya milk liquid onto the already set black sesame pudding. Chill the pudding for at least two to three hours till it fully sets then serve to enjoy.
