Other than following our recipes to a T, let’s get creative and play around with ingredients that you have 😉 - Posted @withregram • @hungrybird.sg Made these roll cakes with recipes from @abccookingstudio_sg 's past seasonal trial lesson recipes, with some of my own modifications! 🍑 Earl Grey roll filled with strawberry liqueur fromage cream and Okayama Shimizu Hakuto compote 🌸 Sakura mini rolls with homemade sakura jam (from Mochi Blush workshop!) and filling of Bulla Sour Cream Light and Thickened Cream. I also brushed the inner side of the cake with sugar syrup and kirsch for some cherry flavour! 🍓 Strawberry chiffon roll with chantilly cream and fresh strawberries #abccookingstudio #abccookingstudiosg @bullafamilydairy
