In view of our 4th Anniversary, we have brought together 4 unique flavors of ribs to create THE KING OF RIBS. We all know that there’s only summer in SG but we have 4 different “seasons” for these ribs! First up is Spring. Introducing our new Mustard Mentaiko Glazed Ribs that’s not only savoury, but sweet as well. Coupled with the tender and meaty ribs, every bite is a burst of flavour in your mouth! Definitely a crowd-favourite, who doesn't love mentaiko? Next up, Summer. The best for representing Summer: Our new Garlic Chilli glazed ribs is perfect for those who craves a little spice but not too spicy, paired with garlicky goodness in every bite. Autumn’s next! Imagine sweet-smelling maple syrup over our Signature BBQ pork ribs... Satisfy that sweet tooth and protein cravings with our Maple Glazed ribs! It’s a no-brainer why this represents Autumn. Lastly, Winter. Our Alabama White Sauce takes inspirations from none other than Alabama itself, the birthplace of the sauce.
