Last Updated: 19 September 2018 ( 00:00 GMT +8 ) System upgrade on 3 – 4 October 2018 Dear Scoot Community, At Scoot, we are constantly improving our customer touchpoints to serve you better. From 3 October 2018, 10.30pm to 4 October 2018, 11.00am, Singapore local time (GMT +8), we will be upgrading our reservation system and the following channels will be temporarily out of service: If you are travelling with Scoot on a scheduled flight departing between 3 October 2018, 10.30pm and 4 October 2018, 11.00am, please present yourself at the airport check-in counter at least three (3) hours before the scheduled departure time. Check-in will be performed manually at the airport. You are advised to bring along your printed travel itinerary to facilitate the document check/manual check-in. Scoot will be sending email reminders to customers affected by the above reservation system upgrade. If you require any clarification on your booking, do contact our call centre. For customers with existing bookings, do make any changes early via our website/call centre to avoid any disruptions. The affected channels will resume normal operations from 4 October 2018, 11.00am onwards. Scoot apologises for the inconvenience caused and we look forward to providing you with an enhanced experience after the reservation system upgrade. Thank you. The Scoot Team
