Canaderlo in Camicia • Stuffed morel mushroom served with a roasted Tartary buckwheat consommé and garnished with pickled myoga. Canederli is a traditional Italian bread dumpling from north-east of Italy. At Braci, they are 'in Camicia' - dressed up with a surprise encased within the earthy morel mushroom caps.
