Today’s session with Coach Rachel is a 20-minute HIIT-style Tabata workout. HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which is short bursts of work, followed by quick rest periods. This workout will be 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest—all out at your top speed! You got this. 💪 Note: for this workout you will need a towel, skateboard or scooter.
